The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 (ref. IW388102) reinterprets the classic flight instrument aesthetic in a sleeker, more wearable format. Its sunray-finished blue dial contrasts crisply with bold white numerals and propeller-style hands, reinforcing legibility – a hallmark of IWC’s aviation lineage since the 1940s.

Housed in a 41mm stainless-steel case with pump-style pushers and a fixed bezel, the watch integrates a screw-down crown and full caseback delivering 100m of water-resistance. Power comes from the in-house calibre 69385, a column-wheel chronograph movement with a 46-hour power reserve and bi-directional pawl winding system, displayed behind a sapphire caseback in other configurations of the reference. Here, however, the flight-instrument roots take precedence with a solid back.
